Prizes for Our Local Universities

The BCS Aberdeen Branch sponsors an annual student prize for the best Computer Science student at both University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University. Details of the most recent recipients are provided below.

Robert Gordon University

Our 2022 British Computing Society Award at the Robert Gordon University was won by David Graham, from the BSc (Hons) Computer Science cohort. The School of Computing Prize Giving Ceremony was held in July and our own Trevor Runcie presented David with his award - photos below. Many congratulations to David for his achievements!

University of Aberdeen

Our 2022 British Computing Society Award at the University of Aberdeen was won by Zsolt Kebel, from the Level 3 Computing Science course. The prize was awarded by our own Peter Gray earlier in July. Many congratulations to Zsolt for the achievements!
